Work and Leadership
MCC is a growing church with strong programs for youth, women, and children. There is continual emphasis on missions and Bible teaching. MCC is currently led by William Mbuluchalo and a team of ministry leaders. Several different African and American leaders share the preaching schedule.
Vision
A strong town church is important in the overall strategy for mission work in Eastern Uganda. A town church should be a model for all rural churches in Bible teaching, discipling, missions outreach, welfare assistance, administration, accountability, ministry, evangelism, and a broad-based outreach and cooperation to bring Mbale to Christ.
